- Respond to and resolve help desk requests - Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution - Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls (Pfsense, Fortinet, Sophos, iptables, firewall, Snort…) , databases, malware protection software and other processes - Review application logs and monitor operation of network performance on daily basis. - Install hardware, software for servers (MS Server, Linux) and test computer-related equipment - Maintains documentation, IT standards, IT Policy, IT Quality, procedures & processes. - Addresses work in Cambodia - Phnom Penh - Male/Female, Graduate Univerity, information Technology industry, Electronics and telecommunication, Network... - Experience in system administration  - Associate or higher degree in a related field - Extensive experience with VMware - Advanced knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues - Basic understanding of insurance goals and practices - Good English communication - Offer around $500 - $1000 & 15-17 months' wage/year - You’ll love working in our dynamic environment with >14.000 young & active employees - Honor & Award for the best employees who have great contribution to the company’s success, especially the awards night for 50 best employees each year will be held overseas - Unique culture with many exciting activities: rookie training, team building, status quo, village festival - Attractive sports activities: football, badminton, swimming, table tennis, billiards … - Being trained by professionals, having many promoting opportunities to become managers in the leading technology groups in Vietnam, with >30,000 people and a professional environment.
