• In charge of designing and proposing hardware solutions as required by customers;
• Research and update information technology systems and solutions: Server systems (Servers, Storage, Backup, Servers Virtualization, Monitoring, Server OS, Database);
• Implementing and consulting solutions for customers and companies;
• Develop technical support documents for projects and customers;
• Training for customers;
• Coach, motivate and develop junior team member.

Yêu cầu

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS 
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in related field, technical administration and support.
• Certification or equivalent work experience in particular MCSA, MCSE, MCTS, RHCE, VCP is an advantage.
• Knowledge and ability to solve complex issues in bare-metal Servers and Virtualization.
• Knowledge and ability to install configure and maintain operating system software including Windows/Linux/Unix.
• Experience in working on devices of major vendors such as server infrastructure and storage products (HPE, Dell, IBM, NetApp, Microsoft, VMware ...)
• Experience with disaster recovery, backup and restore activities on various platform such as HP/IBM/EMC/Hitachi/Netapp/Netbackup a plus.
• Monitoring systems such as ELK, ManageEngine.
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Strong interpersonal skill, good teamwork player.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
• Experience of SI company is advantage.
