Job requirement

  • Lead the IE team in the Sweater division to drive productivity improvement and efficiency enhancement.
  • Conduct time and motion studies, set standard minutes (SMV), and update operation bulletin (OB) for all sweater styles.
  • Optimize manpower planning, line balancing, and machine layout to achieve daily production targets.
  • Work closely with planning, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth style changes and minimal downtime.
  • Analyze bottlenecks and provide solutions to reduce cycle time and improve throughput.
  • Monitor and improve performance indicators such as efficiency, utilization, DHU (Defects per Hundred Units), and output.
  • Provide training and coaching to IE staff and production supervisors to implement best practices.
  • Support costing team by providing accurate SMV for product costing and order negotiation.
