Responsible for analyzing performance of business activities, products, product marketing programs, sales programs, marketing campaigns; analytics on portfolio quality, collection performance and processes; analytics on operational optimization.
Join and implement initiatives of department and center to increase performance of services and quality.
Proactive discussions with manager of Business Division in order to catch up business problems to provide insights right time.
Automate all regular reports to increase productivity.
Performing other tasks as assigned by upper management.
