Job requirement
Schedule the supply of materials/solid fuel to meet production requirements and optimal stock levels
Coordinate with suppliers, carriers to have a comprehended and committed supply plan.
Day-to-day order management and management of deliveries
Coordinate with plant, terminals’ production, QA and logistic team to ensure raw materials/Solid fuels/ semi-product stocks and equipment availability to meet production volume
Understand and manage risks to minimize impact on production schedule, take follow up actions in relation to material shortages
Implement all processes to agreed standards and targets
Support continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas of improvement
Support inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy
Ensure stock model and other IT system (SIPS) that is in place is accurate and up to date and resolve any issues as required
Alert of situations: stock, increasing demand, delivery situation and stock status
Make and send rolling materials receiving plan biweekly
Collect information from related parties Manuf. – Commercial and Supply Chain.
Check and validate data, run different scenarios and propose related plans.
Work closely with Demand Planner to analyze impact of demand on materials supply and vice versa.
Coordinate for better alignment with operation plan.
Consolidate meeting presentation.
Alert of action-required situations.
Follow-up on related action plan from S&OP meeting
