- 3 Indirect (Supply Associate & Admin Associates)
Get to know the Role:
Manage all supply channels (assets, goods & services) from lead generation & negotiation to implementation. Leverage scale to decrease costs & manage interface between vendor & internal stakeholders for efficiency & quality of service. Drive fleet renewal (including disposal of aging vehicles).
- Stakeholder management & alignment
- Create reactive supply (flexible & responsive)
- Manage vendors for a long-term sustainable relationship
- Manage partnership contracts
- Lead a team to drive both supply & disposal (fleet renewal)
- Create win-win for all stakeholders
- Lead an Admin team to ensure accountability, traceability & accessibility for data, documents & cash
The day-to-day activities:
- Plan & drive process implementation in relation to supply & projects
- Create & manage relationships with external stakeholders
- Lead the supply & admin team, manage resources, create lean structure & processes
- Ensure that cost savings are channelled to the driver
- Propose purchases with valid justification & present for approval
- Support tender processes for big value contracts
The must haves:
- Bachelors or Masters in Engineering / Science / Business
- Process engineering
- Project Management
- Negotiation
- Organizational behaviour
- Team leadership
- 10 years of experience in a procurement function preferably in Automotive industry
