Supply Chain Coordinator

• Purchase order coordination between Austin Headquarter and suppliers/vendors
• Monitor and update information in our order management system to accurately reflect purchase order status
• Coordinate and work with vendors/suppliers and related shipping lines regarding logistics and shipments
• Check and upload all related vendors/suppliers’ documents in system for payment process.
• Monitor and report potential vendors/suppliers’ issues to Manager
• Source / Purchase materials deemed significant by Operations Manager.
• Order swatches requested from headquarter.
• Order any parts requested by headquarter
• Provide any necessary tracking information
• Work with suppliers to process any claims that have been approved by upper management
• Coordinate with QA team on orders inspection schedule with suppliers
• Work with PD team to schedule and ship samples
• Other tasks as required by the Management

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role in furniture
•  High level of English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Project management skills
•  Product information management
• Time management skills
• High attention to details
• Ability to be pro-active, with a sense of urgency
• Be a self-starter, a highly motivated person able to work in a fast-paced environment that is continually changing
• Ability to use Microsoft office
