Supply Chain Assistant Manager

Job requirement

  • Improve S&OP maturity and processes.
  • Ensure all aspects of process results in a comprehensive and deliverable execution plan.
  • Support improvement activities in areas as inventory, safety stocks
  • Drive continuous improvement and process standardization.
  • Set up and ensure clear communication around supply & demand and any constraints within the region
  • Help to identify best practices, available process and tools, and implementation of tool.
  • Give operational oversight to logistics operations.
  • Cooperate with Logistics team for logistics services and pricing agreements with providers
  • Give global and/or regional Logistics spend for Transportation and Logistics Services commodities, including Ground, Air & Ocean Freight, 3PL Services
  • Maximize the existing footprint and recommending expansion opportunities where needed
  • Improve and establish appropriate global warehousing metrics and KPI dashboard to manage logistics network and/or 3PL providers in collaboration with regions.

Job requirement

  • Graduate from university (Supply Chain or equivalent)
  • At lease 5-10 years’ experience. Seasoned, professional within Sales and Planning, Transportation and Logistics functions
  • Must have experience in Textile, Apparel, Packaging
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Good communication skills in English.
