Job requirement

  • Supervising casino security and operational deployments and ensure that they are done effectively at all times.
  • Ensuring that all Security, fire safety and medical emergency incidents are attended to according to the approved procedures.
  • Patrolling.
  • Ensuring and maintaining the customer service standards.
  • Swift respond to incident and deal with any untoward incident and/or emergency/crisis situation according to the approved procedures.
  • Managing the Casino entrances in accordance to requirements regulated by the Government Authority.
  • Putting up of incident report.
  • Performing VIP escort.
  • Performing Chip/sensitive gaming equipment/cash escorts according to established processes and procedures.
  • Performing dropbox/stacker collection.    
  • Performing any other duties as assigned/directed by the Vice President/Director of Security Operations.
