Job requirement

  • Retain good rapport with local and international entertainment agency;
  • Keep watch on current and latest entertainment updates worldwide;
  • Prepare entertainment presentations and proposals;
  • Maintain a library of entertainers’ supply (both ongoing entertainment & events) and entertainment agency contacts;
  • Proficient and familiar with entertainers and entertainment suppliers’ contracts;
  • Prepare and responsible for departmental and events budget;
  • Provide administrative support for operations team;
  • Mastermind behind all the large and small details of company and corporate events;
  • Contact and meet clients, obtain quotation and compare pricing;
  • Check in periodically with colleagues and various departments to ensure satisfaction is achieved;
  • Examine all agents, suppliers and vendors' bills for accuracy;
  • Adhere to the Company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct;
  • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per Department and Company standards,
  • Follow health and safety standards and strive for constant improvement to avoid health and injury hazards;
  • Participate in the Company recycling program and follow a strict discipline to reduce, re-use and recycle wherever possible.
  • Perform any other duties as required.
