Strategy&Special Projects Lead

Get to know the Role:

• Identify growth initiatives and new business opportunity for GrabExpress
• Lead and project manage end-to-end initiatives from concept ideation, go-to-market strategy and operational execution
• Projects range from strategic campaigns to drive awareness of GrabExpress, expand service areas, grow strong presence amongst each customer segment
• Manage reporting and analysis of each initiative, evaluate effectiveness from all success metrics
• Handle ad-hoc queries, requests, issues from drivers, customers and other internal departments in a timely manner

​You should also have:

• 2-4 years of experience in relevant business role or management consulting
• Strong academic performance
• Results-oriented, data-driven, able to make data-informed decisions
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
