Get to know the role:
You will support the Head of GrabFood PH in formulating strategy and key initiatives for GrabFood to grow in the Philippines. You will co-own management of the country’s P&L and budgets, lining up all strategic initiatives and ensuring that the team’s activities are geared towards sustainable growth.
The role will be ever-changing and requires competence with dealing with numbers, but also an ability to pivot to generalist skills like project management and execution. When called upon, you may be asked to directly lead certain projects that go beyond day-to-day operations of the team.
You will also co-own reporting and tracking responsibilities, for both local and regional stakeholders.

The must haves:
Fluent in English and Filipino
Proficient in quantitative analyses and financial modelling
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is required. Experience with R/Python/SQL is a plus
Highly comfortable in an semi-structured environment and organisation that changes frequently
Excellent organizational and problem-solving/ decision-making skills
A self-starter and independent learner who takes the initiative to challenge the status quo
2 to 3 years of strategy/ management consulting experience or corporate strategy/ planning experience or banking/ finance experience (for manager role)
Entrepreneurship experience would be a bonus
