Drive the GR strategic planning and renewal process by identifying key and allocating resources to key capabilities
The day-to-day activities:
Perform fact-based, market and competitive analysis to spot industry shifts and to understand GR’ sources of competitive advantage
Develop, with the inputs from Head of GR and other GR managers, projects and solutions for GR’s core functions, such as rental pricing and driver productivity.
Oversee the execution of these projects and strategies with the support and collaboration of internal and external teams.
Build analytical tools and capabilities, either internally or by leveraging on external data/analytics teams, to create insights.
The must haves:
Bachelor's degree with strong academic record from blue chip / top tier institutions
Between 3-5 years’ experience in Business Development, Strategic Planning or similar roles, ideally with a strategy consultancy firm.
Strong thought leadership skills
Results and detail orientated
Convincing executive presence and demonstrated influencing skills
Solid spoken and written communication skills
Intelligent, motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic
Competent with data analytics tools and familiar with enterprise-resourcing planning tools and MS Office
Sound business insight and wide functional experience collected from client engagements
Experience in operational topics and strategy implementation with hands-on engagement style
High levels of adaptability in working in a fluid start-up environment
Experience in automotive industry
Experience with Fleet-based, asset management roles
