Strategy and Planning Manager

The day-to-day activities:
● Program management of all Grab Express initiatives for Vietnam market.
● Lead Grab Express core meetings, and drive initiatives with all the in-country stakeholders to
completion.
● Coordinate with regional tech teams, user experience teams, local operational teams to manage
new product feature rollouts.
● Maintain budget control and reporting for the Grab Express business.
● Execute special projects initiatives for new business cases.
● Build monthly presentations and reporting for regional and local leadership on progress and
results of key initiatives.
● Exemplify & comply with all principles & core value of Grab.​




The must haves:
● Bachelor degree.

● At least 5 years experience in a similar position.
● Strong project and program management experience, with a unique blend of strategic and
operational know-how.

● Analytical skills, deep thinking, problem-solving capability.
● Good coordination skills to coordinate between all stakeholders and be effective in a matrix
organization.
● Customer Orientation: Understand the needs and expectations of customers and customer service
mindset.
● The ability to change and to lead change in time to meet the needs of the business change.
● Effective communication and presentation skills.
● Project management skills/progress.
● Start-up spirit & working under high pressure.
