PURPOSE AND SCOPE
- As a Strategic Sales Manager in the Strategic Sales team, you are responsible for working with ITL Freight Management’s strategic customers, sales activities, biddings, negotiate and close won for new business in order that team gain higher customer satisfaction, higher share from customers, and perform set budget of REV and GP.
- You also are responsible to lead the Strategic Sales team in ITL Freight Management in line with the Company strategy by the development of a variety of products and markets. Manage and organize sales activities, lead and drive performance to ensure volume and revenue targets are met.
- Stay on top of the business signals and guide the team to secure both long-term and short-term
RESPONSIBILITY
- To lead Strategic Sales team in ITL Freight Management in line with Company strategy by development of Multi products of Company.
- Expanding ITL Freight Management market share by winning new customers, remain key customers to achieve Sales target
- Ensure the satisfy of customer in highest level.
- Not abetting the negative behaviors that adversely affect the reputation and finance of the company.
- To organize, measure and take corrective action in order to ensure that service quality meets customer requirements and Service standards.
- Conduct business with the highest level of integrity and compliance.
- Manage P&L to ensure cost efficiency
- Attend to all queries from customers and respond on time.
- University graduation in Economics, Foreign Trade, Technology, Foreign language.
- Organized, process- oriented, good at English or other languages (listening, speaking, reading comprehension, writing).
- Good knowledge of market situation and foreign trade.
