Job Summary – Strategic Marketing Supervisor

We are looking for a Strategic Marketing Supervisor to lead our Digital Marketing team in planning and executing integrated marketing strategies across various channels. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong track record in campaign management, who can align marketing initiatives with business goals and drive measurable performance improvements.

We are looking for someone with a solid portfolio of high-performing campaigns and the leadership skills to manage and grow a marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy proposals to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and achieve revenue goals.
• Proposal Development: Craft compelling, full-scope marketing proposals tailored to diverse industries, showcasing innovative solutions to meet client needs.
• Portfolio Management: Maintain and present a robust portfolio of successful marketing campaigns to demonstrate expertise and impact.
• Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to inform innovative marketing approaches
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Digital Marketing team to ensure high performance across all channels, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

● Minimum of 05 years in digital marketing, with at least 03 years in a Leadership or Supervisory role.

● Strong portfolio showcasing the success of developing winning marketing strategies and campaigns that drive measurable results across diverse industries and channels.

● Skills:

○ Exceptional strategic planning and innovation in campaign development.

○ Advanced knowledge of digital marketing channels and  Marketing Analytics tools

○ Strong leadership and management abilities, fostering team growth and collaboration.

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications.
