Stock Take Supervisor

• Scope of work comprise: Planning of outlet and warehouse stock take schedule, Resource planning, Staff training, Operating Stock Take System, coordinate with the respective stakeholders and outlet and execute stock take exercise.
• Scheduling and planning the outlet and warehouse stock take exercise.
• Resource planning, staffing in organising the stock take work.
• Staff training to ensure systematic and smooth stock take exercise.
• Ensure Standard Operating Procedures is adhered to in achieve accuracy in stock count.
• Operating the stock take system and uploading of the stock take result in the system.
• To coordinate with the respective stakeholders (supply chain) and outlet colleagues

• Confident in English communication
• Any higher education
• Above 4 years of experience, including good experience in retail, franchise, distribution and multi-location.
• Good working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words, Microsoft Powerpoint and stock take system.

Other Key Competencies

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP and Xilnet will be a plus point.
• Good planning and analytical skills. 
• Highly collaborative cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and leadership.
• Attention to detail, accuracy driven and timeline conscious.
