Job requirement

  • Marshal supervisor must have knowledge of golf rules - especially principles Golf.

  • Participates in internal and external activities that are judged as appropriate to enhance the prestige of the company; or broadens the scope of the company’s operations by fulfilling the public obligations of the company as a participating member of the community.
  • Performs other relevant duties as directed by the General Manager.

Job requirement

  • Be a competent Starter.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Good oral communication skills.
  • Good oral communication skills by English.
  • Understand about Golf Rules.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Ability to lead, supervise and motivate a large team.
  • Understanding of the Rules of Golf, golf handicapping systems and golf tournament formats.
  • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to multi task and mange time effectively.
  • Graduate from Sports University.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience as a Marshall.
