Job requirement

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for Spare Parts Ordering Planning of BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad; evaluating and completing ordering needs.
  • Working closely with Purchase Team to receive and process all orders of from Dealers and Internal Department.
  • Following info of shipments and inform to Dealer and Internal Department the ETA and backorder.
  • Working closely with Logistics Department to follow all documents for clearance and payment.
  • Working along with PDC – Parts Distribution Centre in Malaysia / BMW Asia.
  • Collaborating with accounting team members on contracts, invoicing, and other accounting matters.
  • Making and following documents for Spare Parts claim.
  • Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree in Automobile/ Purchasing/ Supply Chain Management or any related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Spare Purchasing, Warehouse Processes.
  • Knowledgeable in various procurement, purchasing processes.
  • Knowledgeable in contract terms and conditions.
  • Strong communication skills, able to work in a team as well as independently and willing to work under time pressure.
  • Good written and spoken English as well as solid knowledge in MS office and other systems (Atlas System / Autoline System).

Other information:

  • Location: HCMC
  • Salary: $700 - $1000
  • Period of probation: 2 months
  • Working time: Monday-Saturday, from 8:00 to 17:00
  • Training occasion: According to job
