Position: Sourcing Supervisor (Garment Field)

Work location: Part of Lot I/3, Street No.7, Vinh Loc Industrial Park, Binh Hung Hoa B Ward, Binh Tan District, HCMC.

Report to: Outsource & Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities

• Strategic sourcing
• Supplier management
• Join icm meeting & make clear about treatment (if has)
• Manage development and sampling properly
• Monitoring bulk production & quality assurance
• Post-production evaluation & feedback
• Procurement operations
• Contract negotiation and management
• Cost optimization and budget management
• Risk management and compliance
• Attending meetings
• Update all systems properly and cost/ leadtime control
• Making reports and managing all issues related to red invoice, payment
• Compliance
• Training
• Leadership, KPI and continuous improvement

• Bachelor's degree in fashion management, garment field.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience in outsourcing processes.
• Strong understanding of embellishment techniques and quality control.
• Experience in planning, sourcing, and outsourcing.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Fluent in English
