Sourcing Staff (Nhân viên Cung ứng)

Facilitate the supplier selection and negotiation process through the use of standard tools and capabilities (RFI, RFP, etc).

Establish savings tracking methodology, perform savings confirmation, and report on project status/success.

Work with and maintain accurate information on ERP server.

Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships for key suppliers across multiple business divisions.

Act as sourcing liaison for specified new product launches and manage corresponding sourcing activities to meet project cost and timeline goals.

Coordinate Sourcing/ Purchasing activities with other departments to control and ensure the best optimum inventory level by performing cost analysis and purchase volume for major commodities.

Review and process Request for Sourcing including verification/benchmark of price and other transaction conditions, negotiation, PO creation, and PO acknowledgement.

Working in both direct and indirect sourcing if required.

Assist in any ad-hoc task assigned by Senior Sourcing Specialist.

Graduation from Commercial/ Supply Chain & Logistics/ Economic background. 

Proven 2+ years of experience working as a sourcing/ MRO. 

Having knowledge about ERP system 

Understanding of purchasing principles and international purchasing processes, commercial 

High energy level, proactive and able to work independently. 

Ability in negotiation, communication and self-initiative
