Location: 311 Tay Thanh, Tay Thanh Ward, Tan Phu District;
Working time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday – Friday) and 8:30 - 12:30 (Saturday Morning).
Responsibilities:
- Purchase Planning: Research and analyze fashion market trends, identify potential products, and create purchasing plans based on market demand and the company's direction;
- Negotiation and Contract Signing: Work with suppliers, negotiate prices, quantities, product quality, and delivery time;
- Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships with suppliers, evaluate and select potential suppliers, and seek new suppliers when necessary;
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory status, ensure sufficient stock to meet business needs without causing waste. Collaborate with related departments to optimize the supply process;
- Quality Control: Coordinate with the quality control department to ensure that incoming products meet quality requirements. Handle any issues related to product quality;
- Analysis and Reporting: Track the sales performance of each product, analyze the effectiveness of purchasing plans, and prepare periodic reports to upper management.
