Mission of Seller Listings team at Tiki is to make it extremely easy for sellers to list into Tiki platform via, 1X1 UI, XLS or APIs. We focus on building simple to use, intuitive UI bring metadata of listing in our platform. We build tools that use AI/Learning to scrap and extract listings metadata from seller formats (mapping export files from other platforms, scrapping seller site to facebook). We also own quality of catalog - in other words matching seller SKU to exact item in our catalog, filling in missing attributes seller may not have. Our ultimate goal is to make the process of adding a listing in Tiki self service and frictionless, but at the same time making sure listing quality (as many attributes filled, no duplicate matches) to make sure customers only see single product page with rich information. There is a lot of new and innovative product building work we need to do - and some that - for example scraping from facebook stores or using AI to guess best converting value of title - is at the forefront of the latest industry trends.

Responsibilities:

• Be a hands on leader - lead Agile team(s) of high caliber engineers by working hand in hand with them in building scalable, reliable system
• Work with your engineers to define the next generation architecture of the systems
• Foster strong culture of software engineering best practices by implementing processes and tools (code reviews, code quality, automation, CI/CD to monitoring)
• Work with product managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements, set priorities, build the roadmap, and deliver to plan.
• Attract best talent through your own network and by partnering with recruiting, meet aggressive hiring targets
• Mentor, coach and motivate your engineers to do the best work of their lives
