Employment Information

Job requirement

a. Plans for and manages developers' staff and resources pertaining to product prioritization, release pipeline.
b. Supervises Product developers operational and developmental activity.
c. Advises leadership and product managers regarding Product Services best practice and strategy.
d. Providing technical guidance and coaching to developers
e. Monitors API performance with regard to KPI.
f. Streamlines process and assist necessary escalation to help developers accomplish their objectives.
g. Works with Human Capital in evaluating developers' skill and the need for training and upskilling. ​

Job Requirements:

a. BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
b. 3+ years experience as Back End Developer
c. Fluently programming in one of a back-end programming language (ex : PHP, golang ) and have experience using framework such as Symfony, Laravel, or Iris.
d. Familiarity with OWASP security principles
e. Have a deep knowledge in software engineering ( Ex : Design Pattern, Object Oriented Design Principles )
f. Experience implementing secure, resilient, high-performance public REST APIs
g. Familiar with Version Control System ( Ex : Git, Mercurial )
h. Excellent understanding of:
- SDLC
- Code versioning: Branching strategy, merging, revert and tagging
i. Proficiency in 1 programming languages
j. Strong fundamental on testable code, design pattern and engineering best practice best practices. ​
