• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
• Work location: District 3, Ho Chi Minh City

Key Responsibilities

• Drive social media performance in line with the company’s Marketing and Sales objectives.
• Execute marketing and sales campaigns on social media platforms based on content direction from the Director.
• Monitor, measure, and analyze campaign performance through communication and marketing metrics.
• Manage and update content on the company website and fanpages to achieve business goals.
• Participate in online/offline events, project launches, and internal activities to strengthen marketing and sales efforts.

• Thời gian làm việc: 9:00 – 17:00, từ Thứ Hai đến Thứ Sáu
• Địa điểm làm việc: Quận 3, TP. Hồ Chí Minh

Mô tả công việc

• Triển khai và thúc đẩy hiệu quả hoạt động Social Media theo mục tiêu Marketing và Sales của công ty.
• Thực hiện các chiến dịch marketing và bán hàng trên nền tảng mạng xã hội theo định hướng nội dung từ Ban Giám đốc.
• Theo dõi, đo lường và phân tích hiệu quả chiến dịch thông qua các chỉ số truyền thông và marketing.
• Quản lý và cập nhật nội dung website, fanpage nhằm đạt mục tiêu kinh doanh.
• Tham gia và hỗ trợ các hoạt động sự kiện online/offline, mở bán dự án và hoạt động nội bộ nhằm đẩy mạnh marketing bán hàng.

Experience & Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably as a Social Media Executive.
• Hands-on experience in Vietnam real estate marketing is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
• High energy, proactive, focused, and goal-driven.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• 1–3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Marketing, ưu tiên vị trí Social Media Executive.
• Có kinh nghiệm thực tế trong marketing bất động sản tại Việt Nam là một lợi thế.
• Am hiểu các nền tảng mạng xã hội và xu hướng nội dung.
• Nắm được các chỉ số marketing cơ bản và KPI.
• Năng động, chủ động, tập trung mục tiêu và có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.
• Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm và giao tiếp tốt.
