Job requirement

1. Ensure Compliance with Standards

  • Verify factory and supply chain compliance with key standards (e.g., SMETA, SLCP, BETTER WORK, BSCI…) and Vietnam laws (Labor, OHS, Environmental).
  • Confirm documents match on-site practices and meet legal and client requirements.
  • Trace product origins to ensure ethical sourcing and sustainability.
  • Inspect sites and interview staff to identify policy-practice gaps.

2. Conduct Internal Assessments

  • Conduct assessments of factory compliance related to labor practices, wages, and employee benefits.
  • Identify issues and provide reports with solutions.
  • Share reports with factory management and update ERP with assessment data.

3. Develop and Implement Corrective Plans

  • Analyze issues with factories and create corrective plans (CAPs).
  • Follow up and report progress to clients on time.

4. Coordinate with Teams

  • Work with Production to integrate compliance into schedules and ensure accurate production records for assessments.

5. Stay Updated on Rules

  • Monitor Vietnam laws and global standards.
  • Prepare factories for assessments and COC checks, training staff as needed.

Job requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or related fields.

2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas

  • Internal Social Responsibility Auditor at factory level.
  • Factory payroll and human resources experience.
  • Social Compliance Auditor working with third-party auditing organizations or audit consulting firms.

3. Understanding of production processes and supply chain, with ability to track origins and support ethical sourcing.

4. Practical knowledge of

  • Social Compliance: Vietnam Labor Law (e.g., working hours, wages), SMETA, BSCI, SLCP.
  • OHS: Vietnam OHS regulations (e.g., safety checks, PPE), BETTER WORK.

5. Experience with internal assessments or compliance training; COC knowledge is a plus.

6. Analytical skills, strong presentation and training abilities, teamwork, and time management.

7. Detail-oriented and adaptable to factory settings and client needs.

8. Fluent in English and Vietnamese (written and spoken).

9. Willing to travel frequently (domestic and international).
