JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Planning phase (70%)
Collaborate with the Planning team to create the proposal and follow up with the order of the brand team.
Create the KOL, community strategy which follows up with the communication concept. Proposing a list of influencers suitable for the brand and budget to make proposals. Contact relevant parties to make quotations.
The main team in charge proposal focuses on Social Outreach.
2. Execution phase (15%)
Contact and work with KOL/KOC, page group to brief the campaign and maintain its content performance.
Effectively execute the campaign to achieve committed KPI within budget.
Be able to make reports to evaluate the effectiveness and suggest the next steps for the brand after the campaign.
Handle paperwork contracts with influencers/ communities/ suppliers,...
Manage brand's social channels: post/schedule posts, create protocols that match the brand's tone and mood, reply to comments, inbox, and manage activities (minigames, contests,...).
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Manage team (15%)
Training and quality control for the internal team's files.
Take quick action and communicate the answer to the situation (if any).
