Get to know the Role:

  • At Grab for Business we want to outserve the small and medium business market, and need solid sales executive to help us meet this goal
  • We want to dominate the corporate segment and need a strong sales force to pound the pavement

The day-to-day activities:

  • Prospect, meet, close, on-board, outserve SME clients
  • Outperform versus quarterly targets
  • Delight customers
  • Plan strategy on hitting quarterly targets
  • Work with Account Operations team to ensure client success
  • Support team in goals to dominate corporate market in SG
  • Follow customer response cadences set by the team



The must haves:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of B2B sales experience, SME sales is preferred
  • Solid Communication skills in English, conversational command of Chinese is a plus to serve Mandarin speaking clients
  • Experience in Cold-calling + other prospecting techniques & ability to manage entire sales cycle
  • Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well in a start – up. Deep desire to excel and develop a career in sales
  • Ability to effectively multiple clients, manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision\
  • Comfortable with Data
  • Roster of SME accounts
