Site Supervisor (Solar Energy)

· Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

· Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure efficient workflow and resolve any on-site issues promptly.

· Enforce and monitor safety protocols, conducting regular inspections to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

Tiến hành kiểm tra định kỳ để đảm bảo môi trường làm việc an toàn cho tất cả nhân viên.

· Maintain strict adherence to project specifications, conducting quality checks and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Tiến hành kiểm tra chất lượng và đảm bảo tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn ngành công nghiệp.

· Manage on-site resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and manpower, optimizing resource allocation to meet project demands.

Quản lý tài nguyên dự án hiệu quả bao gồm vật liệu, thiết bị, và nhân lực, tối ưu hóa phân bổ tài nguyên để đáp ứng yêu cầu của dự án.

· Prepare regular progress reports, documenting project milestones, challenges, and resolutions for review by project stakeholders.

· Identify and address any on-site challenges or obstacles that may impact project timelines or quality.

Có khả năng xác định và xử lý các vấn đề có thể ảnh hưởng đến tiến độ hoặc chất lượng của dự án

·       Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the solar power or renewable energy industry

Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc vị trí tương đương trong ngành năng lượng mặt trời hoặc năng lượng tái tạo.

·       Team works spirit and strong sense of responsibility/ Tinh thần làm việc nhóm và tinh thần trách nhiệm cao

·       Able to stay at site/ Có thể ở lại công trường

·       Bachelor’s degree or above with major in engineering, renewable energy or relative majors

Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên, chuyên ngành kỹ thuật, năng lượng tái tạo hoặc các ngành có liên quan.

·       Proficiency in using PVSYST, AutoCAD or other solar power design software

Sử dụng thành thạo PVSYST, AutoCAD hoặc các phần mềm thiết kế NLMT khác

·       English or Chinese: strong in written and spoken

Tiếng Anh hoặc Tiếng Trung: nói và viết tốt
