Key Purpose of the Job:
The Construction Site Supervisor is responsible for managing and delivering projects within schedule, quality and safety on site. The Construction Site Supervisor also will be responsible for feasibility reports and recommendations, effective budget monitoring and costing.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
1. Pre-Construction Stage (Tendering & BOQ Preparation)
•Participate in the preparation of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for all required materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
•Work closely with the Project Team to define material specifications and apply value engineering to achieve optimal cost, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
•Monitor contract milestones during tendering and highlight any discrepancies or potential breaches to ensure compliance.
2. Construction Planning & Supervisor:
- Planning & Execution
•Develop and execute the project execution plan, including kick-off, construction phases, and closing.
•Ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with drawings, specifications, and contract terms.
•Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure alignment with company policies and local regulations.
- Quality & Risk Management
•Conduct routine inspections of materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure quality and specification compliance.
•Monitor progress, review vendor schedules, and report deviations promptly.
•Identify risks early and implement mitigation measures to prevent delays, rework, or cost overruns.
•Drive contractors to deliver high-quality work within strict deadlines.
- Stakeholder & Contractor Coordination
•Coordinate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and vendors for seamless project execution.
•Attend on-site meetings, provide updates, and ensure timely resolution of design, site, or logistical issues.
•Validate and ensure timely submission of progress claims with full supporting documentation
-Documentation & Reporting
•Manage all site documentation including reports, inspection records, permits, and closing documents.
•Provide accurate and timely project updates to relevant stakeholders.
•Finalize quality acceptance and completion of all handover documentation.
3. HSSE Management
•Implement and enforce the company’s safety, security, and environmental management systems at the project site.
•Coordinate closely with contractors to ensure strict compliance with HSSE requirements and maintain a safe working environment.
•Conduct routine safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations, ensuring proper reporting and follow-up actions.
4. Coordination with Internal Teams
• Work with Interior Design to resolve discrepancies between site conditions and design drawings.
• Collaborate with Project Coordinator on material delivery, site logistics, and issue tracking.
• Support Procurement by validating contractor performance, work volumes, and payment claims.
• Assist Project Manager in managing client expectations and reporting project status.
5. Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports with photos, highlights, and risk notes.
• Maintain accurate site diary, issue logs, and inspection records.
•Support the handover documentation including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranty documents and certification.

Required Competencies
•Major Subject: Architecture, Civil Engineering, Design or Project/Construction Management
•Minimum Academic Requirement: Bachelor
•Language Requirements:Proficient in Vietnamese & English (spoken & written)
•Minimum relevant Experiences: 5 years and 3 years of supervisory experience.
•Experience with AutoCAD or similar tools is desirable.
•Experience in interior construction required.
•Planning and organizing skills.
•Experience in a leadership role recommended
•Experience in monitoring and managing project cost and budget
•Ability to focus and keep claim under pressure
•Ability to keep track of multiple projects
