Get to know our Team:

You will be working as part of Kitchen by GrabFood team for our cloud kitchen business. We are a lean team, and work closely in service of shaping the Grab brand into a loveable powerhouse in Southeast Asia.
We are looking for Head of Site Acquisition with real estate background to join our team. As Head of Site Acquisition, you will have the exciting opportunity to grow our business, plan expansion plan and execute on acquiring new sites for Kitchen by GrabFood.


Get to know the Role:

  • Summary the data list and filter the site
  • Make appointment to survey the sites and negotiate with LL
  • Request document from LL and work together with admin, legal and license
  • Propose the sites to Lead and finalize it.
  • Arranging with admin to share draft LOI and Agreement
  • Manage with LL to inline target handover with site development
  • Collaborate with Site Development


The day-to-day activities:

  • Process to nego site (weeks)
  • Average rental price (IDR per sqm)
  • Sign LOI and Agreement (days/weeks)
  • Handover site to Site Development (%)
