Site Manager (Solar Farm)

· Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

· Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure efficient workflow and resolve any on-site issues promptly.

· Enforce and monitor safety protocols, conducting regular inspections to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

· Maintain strict adherence to project specifications, conducting quality checks and ensuring compliance with technical standards.

· Manage on-site resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and manpower, optimizing resource allocation to meet project demands.

· Prepare regular progress reports, documenting project milestones, challenges, and resolutions for review by project stakeholders.

· Assist the legal department in addressing technical requirements issued by power utility companies and governmental agencies

·       Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a similar position within the solar energy industry (solar farm)

Tối thiểu 1-3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc vị trí tương đương trong ngành năng lượng mặt trời (Solar farm).

·       Understanding of solar power systems, including the processes of design, construction, grid connection, and operation

Hiểu rõ về hệ thống điện mặt trời: quy trình thiết kế, thi công, đấu nối, vận hành

·       Possess in-depth knowledge of electrical and fire protection standards applicable to the solar farm industry

Am hiểu tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật điện, PCCC liên quan đến ngành năng lượng mặt trời (Solar farm)

·       Team works spirit and strong sense of responsibility/ Tinh thần làm việc nhóm và tinh thần trách nhiệm cao

·       Able to stay at site/ Có thể ở lại công trường

Education Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree or above with major in engineering, renewable energy or relative majors

Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên, chuyên ngành kỹ thuật, năng lượng tái tạo hoặc các ngành có liên quan.

·       Skilled in Microsoft Office and MS Project; capable of working with AutoCAD.

Thành thạo các phần mềm Office và MS Project, và Sử dụng được AutoCAD

·       English or Chinese: strong in written and spoken

Tiếng Anh hoặc Tiếng Trung: nói và viết tốt
