Showroom Sales Executive (Furniture)/ Nhân Viên Kinh Doanh Showroom (Nội Thất)

1. Sales & Customer Service

• Engage customers in the showroom and provide personalized sales consultations.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture products or packages.

• Assist clients with product details, pricing, promotions, and after-sales follow-up.

• Support the conversion of walk-in visitors to confirmed orders.

2. Showroom Presentation & Merchandising

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment.

• Ensure product displays are neat, correctly labeled, and aligned with the brand image.

• Replenish furniture samples, brochures, and display materials as needed.

3. Operational Support

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team for replenishment.

• Support product arrangement, price tagging, and display updates.

• Assist in showroom events, promotional campaigns, and client visits.

4. Customer Relationship & Feedback

• Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent service.

• Collect customer feedback and share insights to help improve showroom experience.

• Maintain accurate customer information and support order follow-ups.

5. Team Collaboration

• Coordinate daily with the showroom manager and colleagues to ensure smooth operation.

• Participate in product and sales training sessions to continuously improve skills.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in furniture, home decor, or interior retail.

• Strong interpersonal skills and passion for customer service.

• Good aesthetic sense and basic understanding of home furnishing or layout styling.

• Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.

• Basic proficiency in office software (Google Sheets, Docs).

• Language: Fluent in English
