General: To be in charge of Safety, Health, Environment (S.H.E) co-ordination
- Maintain & continuous improvement of S.H.E system.
- Coordinate with managers and supervisors on their S.H.E responsibilities, hazard.
- Inspect the workplace regularly.
- Investigate causes of accidents/incidents and recommend actions to prevent risk of occurrence.
- Train & oversee the subcontractor to be conformity with S.H.E system of Sonion Vietnam.
- Conduct awareness training course of S.H.E for newcomers, refreshment training of that for all employees regularly.
- Work with external agencies to implement the issues related to S.H.E.
- Other requirements where required.
