Role Expectation: To build world-class Professional Services delivery operation in Vietnam through harnessing the capabilities of next-gen talents and modern automation approaches. The position is to spearhead the tool-based approach to roll-out/implement, migrate, integrate and manage the emerging digital platforms and tools developed and distributed by our strategic partners. Job involves:

• Drive our partners' satisfaction through highly streamlined and cost-effective services to the end clients
• Build the team (both permanent and contingent workforce) and manage its performance
• Build and continuously streamline processes and service metrics to improve quality of service delivery
• Push for process automation & tool development/enhancement to deliver cost-effective services at scale (low value-high volume model)
• Track and manage finances, balance tool investment and optimize delivery cost of each service offering throughout its life-cycle
• Work closely with Sales Operation Manager position to prioritize the opportunities and drive top line growth

Reporting Line: The role reports directly to The BU head

• Excellent spoken English and outstanding customer service to handle English-speaking customers
• Experienced with Services Management in IT space with solid knowledge of related processes and tools
• Solid track record of building the high-performing workforce with young and dynamic talents
• Extensive network with free-lancers and other local IT companies to build contingent workforce is a major plus
• Knowledge and experience with ITIL-driven or ISO/IEC 20000-based approach for Service Desk & Enterprise Service Management (ESM) is a plus
• Experience in Applications Managed Services (AMS) and 24/7 support model is preferred
• Overseas education and working experience are preferred
