· To establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, by providing excellent service while following the Porsche service processes

· To ensure an efficient and fast service process

· Planning, scheduling and coordinating customer service appointments

· Vehicle diagnosis during customer reception and post repair quality control

· Customer relationship activities

· Very good communication skills

· Customer focused working approach

· Basic knowledge about vehicle mechanics and electrics (peferably technical degree holder)

· Structured and well organized working style

· Basic computer and Microsoft office skills

· Intermediate level english skills
