Job requirement

  • Acknowledges, greets and converses with customers who attend catering functions.
    Nhận biết, chào hỏi và trò chuyện với khách hàng.

  • Handles and solves any concerns and questions for customers.
    Xử lý và giải quyết các vấn đề, thắc mắc cho khách hàng.

  • Sets tables with proper plates, cups, glasses and utensils before the catering function.
    Chuẩn bị bàn với dĩa, ly và đồ dùng phù hợp trước khi phục vụ.

  • Prepares and serves drinks to guests. Delivers food from preparation area to customers.
    Chuẩn bị và phục vụ đồ uống cho khách. Cung cấp món ăn cho khách hàng.

  • Removes all table settings from tables after customers have finished their meals.
    Dọn dẹp những đồ vật không dùng đến sau khi khách hàng đã hoàn tất bữa ăn.

  • At the end of the function, clear all tables dishes, linens, utensils, etc… return all equipment to their proper area.
    Khi kết thúc công việc, dọn dẹp tất cả đĩa trên bàn, khăn trải bàn, dụng cụ, vv .. trả lại vật dụng về đúng vị trí.

  • Maintain food sanitation and safety guidelines at all times.
    Duy trì vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm.

  • Keeps supervision informed on a timely basis of any undue variance from expected results including guest complaints.
    Xử lý các phàn nàn của khách ngay lập tức, liên hệ với quản lý khi cần thiết.

  • Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.
    Đáp ứng các yêu cầu của công việc và tuân thủ qui định và chính sách của bộ phận, công ty.
