The Marketing team is charged with achieving this goal by helping Customers to experience Tiki’s key value propositions including 2 Hour Delivery, Guaranteed Authentic Products, and No Hassle Returns. To accomplish these goals, we are building a world class computational marketing organization to communicate with and market to our Customers at a massive scale in a mobile first environment. A key component this is ensuring we have strong and competitive visibility in organic search. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to get in on the ground floor as we build a marketing organization that eats, breathes, and sleeps data and achieving efficient scale.

As Tiki’s SEO Manager, you will help investigate, define, prioritize, and execute on opportunities for strategic growth in Tiki’s Organic Search Program. Starting from a deep audit of Tiki’s Technical SEO performance, identify issues, find root causes, and drive cross organizational alignment with engineering, product, and content teams to fix any existing issues. Lead efforts to solve complex SEO problems, moving quickly to implement ideas and deliver results. Dive into issues and incidents as they occur, perform ad hoc analyses as needed, and/or help escalate them to drive to resolution.

Duties Include:

• Lead the analysis, review and change recommendations on Tiki so they are optimized for search engines ranking and referral traffic.
• Build scalable content and link building processes aligned with Tiki brand and product focus, utilizing in house editorial resources, outside agencies, Tiki PR, social media and internal hires as needed.
• Research opportunities and build proposals for content-driven SEO visibility growth of Tiki websites and work with product management to bring these proposals to market
• Drive the continuous refinement and improvement of SEO reporting processes to provide clear actionable reports.
• Work with outside agencies as needed to provide large scale SEO services such as reporting, content marketing, and link acquisition.
• Lead Weekly and Monthly SEO business reporting. List major callouts and their remedies. Lead the follow up on all major operational actions.
