Plan and conduct cross functional (PM, Engineering, Business stakeholders etc) product strategy workshops to facilitate ideations, prioritization's, and creations of UX related art facts to help product scoping and delivery planning.
Working with other project stakeholders to complete the information architecture and interface development processes for new production projects including user personas, information architecture, wire frame layout, and template development/testing (browser and platform compatibility) while maintaining optimal performance time.
Documenting ongoing progress, code migrations and status on work assignments in project management software and communicates these updates during daily status.
Conduct & facilitate requirements, design, and implementation reviews.
Review user adoption of deliverables and acceptance testing.
Ensure all versions of project UX/UI documents are complete, current, and stored/ archived appropriately.
Performing competitive analysis and research for projects.
Planning and participating in ongoing usability testing and assessment.
Participating in key internal meetings including weekly status updates and planning sessions.
Researching and analyzing industry UX/UI trends and competitor sites and strategies.
Regular review of usage data to analyze user behaviors and pain points
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years working experience as a UX Designer.
BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. graphic, interaction, visual communications, product, industrial), HCI, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with design techniques, such as, building user personas, storyboarding, user research and wireframes.
Fluent in responsive design, native mobile/tablet UI UX design.
Expert knowledge of major mobile platforms. Strong design portfolio, either of client projects or personal ones. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in conducting user research thorough various methods, and abilities to translate research finding into tangible product feature requirements or improvements
Good eye for visual design and hands on experience in user interface design
Ability to prototype and demonstrate design concepts to extended stakeholders
Programming experience and Understanding of Adaptive vs Responsive principles
