The day-to-day activities:
1. Act as a professional trainer:
- Coaching and guiding partner about products and procedures
- Following up partners after class by phone
- Ensuring partners meet 5-star standards as well as comply with GrabBike’s Culture and Codes of Conduct
2. Events and Activities:
- Qrganizing Retention events, activities in Hanoi
- Preparing POSM, Logistics, Posters... regarding events
The must haves:
- Minimum of 4 years of working experience in administration or related field.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
- Ability to handle ambiguity, cross function & matrix environment
- Ability to adapt and work in challenging and dynamic environment
- Ability to multi task and execute with speed
- Excellent MS Office skills and computer literacy
- Strong team player
