Senior Technician, Technical & Support (Surveillance)

Duties may include but not limited to:   

• Assist Supervisor to supervise the team including motivating, daily briefing, duties assignment, coaching and developing the Technicians.
• Install, repair and maintain / clean cameras / monitors / alarms / CCTV switcher / digital encoders / servers and DVR’s and other associated systems including laying and terminating cable.
• Maintain the stock level of respective workstations.
• Participate in training and skills assessing as assigned.
• Ensure the workshop/rack room and others are clean and safe and well maintained.
• Conduct camera/system checks as required.
• Maintain knowledge and strive to learn about new equipment types available in the market.
• Perform other associated duties as assigned.
