Job requirement

1. Recruitment & Management

  • Responsible for the full recruitment process including: Job Analysis, Sourcing, Screening and Selection and Onboarding for both Regular and Temporary employees
  • Responsible for building up and maintaining Employer Branding of II-VI Vietnam
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidate in advance of need including Internship Programs, Trainee Programs, etc

2. HR Documentation & Reports

  • Maintain accurate information and documentation related to HR for candidates, employees data and HR reports

3. Employee Relations

  • Manage employee relation effectively concerning proper counseling and coaching of employee issues.
  • Investigate, analyze, and make appropriate recommendations regarding complex employee relations issues filed internally; exercise influence appropriately

Job requirement

1. Professional skil

1.1. Recruitment skills

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in the medium-sized organization with full level of vacancy. Experience of serving as Recruitment team leader is a good plus.
  • Good skills for Job Analysis, Sourcing, Screening and Selection and Onboarding activities.

1.2. Vietnam Labor Code

  • Knowledgeable about Vietnam Labor Code

2. Language: Upper-Intermediate English.
