Position Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with solid experience and strong growth potential to take on a key role in proactively sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for our real estate services, mortgage, valuation, and other internal departments.
You will also be responsible for implementing employer branding strategies to proactively attract high-quality talents from both within and outside the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the right person is hired at the right time to meet business needs and strategic goals.
- Analyze, assess, and consolidate hiring needs from different departments and business units.
- Assist in building, updating, and managing job descriptions (JDs) for all positions aligned with business requirements.
- Execute the full recruitment cycle effectively, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing (initial & final), offering, onboarding, and supporting contract signing.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by providing timely communication and clear procedures.
- Collaborate with related departments and internal trainers to organize onboarding and operational training for new hires.
- Participate in and help organize employer branding initiatives such as job fairs, industry seminars, workshops, and university/partner collaborations.
- Propose, develop, and execute sourcing strategies and channels to attract potential candidates effectively.
- Update candidate information, interview processes, and maintain a candidate database in the company’s recruitment system.
- Build and organize candidate pools by job group to support recurring and urgent recruitment needs.
- Prepare regular (weekly/monthly) reports on recruitment performance, sources, timelines, and cost metrics.
- Analyze data to propose improvements in hiring processes and talent attraction strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and recommend process optimizations accordingly.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
