Get to know the role:
As Senior Strategy Associate under Premium Business team, you will be a part of team that oversee growth of new and existing services that drive top and bottom line performance of the company. You will get the chance to lead and execute projects end-to-end covering across all business dimensions - from product branding, go-to-market strategy, marketing performance, operations, partnerships etc.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand and be able to contribute to high-level vision and direction of the business and proactively translate this into actionable initiatives
- Lead and manage multiple high-impact projects from end-to-end within Premium Business scope – include new business launches, incubating growth of existing services, branding strategy etc.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, derive key insight and bottlenecks, develop strategy and actionable initiatives that tackle business objectives
- Identify, drive and manage workstreams of project’s scope. Ensure execution and results are met.
- Work with cross functional teams to lead and drive initiatives that will enable business growth– marketing, partnerships, data analytics etc.
- Able to provide short to long term solutions addresses risks and business growth opportunities along with implications on resources required, daily business practices etc.
- Develop evaluation and feedback loop to measure success and / or failure from initiatives
- Summarize and report results to present to top management of different departments
Requirements
- Strong academic performance from reputation local or overseas university
- At least 3 years working experience. Experience in management consulting or project management is highly preferred.
- Very Good English proficiency
- PowerPoint and Excel skills is a must
- Have experience / knowledge on how different business functions works – marketing, operations, partnerships etc.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Be a logical and structured thinker, and have proven complex problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding and experience in Project Management or Business Management, with good verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience and excellence in leading complex and cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Excel in a fast-paced environment and can make sure things get done
