Senior Social & Digital Marketing (Fashion Retail): Brand Nike, New Era, AAPE

  • Main responsibility is to establish, execute & commit highest performance through strategic digital marketing activities across all digital channels to maximize effectiveness.
  • Expertise in market insights analysis to create periodic reports on digital KPIs, market trends and customer behavior, based on verified-source data
  • Implement digital marketing plan with a focus on social media aimed to driving online to offline
  • Using analytics to plan, execute and optimize campaigns.
  • Improve the cost per result for paid advertising, EDM open rate….
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in the management of online paid media.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) providing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Work closely with the Content and Designer to create advertising materials.
  • Maintain the brand website with updated information from related team
  • Master in building up & developing social platforms reach highest performance followed brand direction.
  • Strong sense & diploma knowledge in sportwear, underground streetwear fashion
  • Build Digital Marketing Plan in details by season/month based on marketing campaign, with a focus on social media, search/display marketing and online advertising.
  • Work closely with agencies and commit high performance to execute digital marketing plan
  • Using analytics to plan, execute and optimize, improve cost per results for paid advertising.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in the management of online paid media.
  • Master of engaging storytelling, and crafting high-value, educational, and persuasive digital media content
  • Highly organized with regard to planning and execution of social media strategies and marketing campaign when assigned
  • Develop and execute local social adaption strategies to collaborate with top Vietnamese influencers, oversee photoshoots and filming sessions for KOLs and KOC
  • Plan, execute, and manage campaigns involving TikTok influencers, freelance models, and other KOCs.
  • Collaborate with media agencies to secure community seeding and PR articles in reputable fashion and lifestyle magazines.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions, and manage pricing with different vendors.
  • Draft and manage paperwork, including contracts, payment forms, and other documents required for media vendors, KOLs, KOCs, and magazines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage brand events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and public sentiment to assess the effectiveness of PR and marketing activities.
  • Function related paper works liase with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper work procedures
  • Measure and report, evaluate performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), providing monthly, weekly reports. Proactively propose action plan to improve ROI and KPIs when necessary.

Report (30%)

  • Monitoring and tracking and Digital report from Agency
  • Digital analysis from Google Analytics, Facebook Insight & E-comm data
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Marketing Manager.

Job requirement

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing role.
  • Competent in data analytics from Power BI, Google Analytics, Facebook Insight & E-comm data, Salesforce system, CRM system.
  • Master in Digital and all key Digital metrics to drive O2O traffic.
  • Expertise in build up & develop social platforms specially in Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram
  • Strong interpersonal, communication & reporting skills.
  • Strategic mindset, quickly responsive, pro-active, adaptive and good follow-through
  • YES attitude, result oriented, resourceful, innovative
  • Good command of English in listening, writing, reading & speaking
  • Expertise in office computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point…)
  • Highly committed, passion, well organized, honesty, integrity, detailed, persevere and diligent.
