Purpose of Position:
· Assist the sales process through detailed sales reports, analysis and making informed suggestions on how to improve a company’s profitability.
· Provide technical sales support, acting as a facilitator for the Sales Team.
National Super User for CRM (Update account developments, activities, change account owner & run reports in CRM).
· Support NSM on assigned activities (Budgeting, Sales analysis, Forecasting, Sales initiatives….)
· Design and Provide customized reports and recommendations supporting ongoing business decisions or initiatives.
· Go-to person within the Sales team for NextGen / Qlikview / Geopad / E-Marketer (or other Geodis Systems) related activities (GID, Data integrity….). · Provide training to the team for any Sales related Geodis system.
· Responsible for event / promotional planning support.
· Developing methods and strategies for assessing large amounts of data.
· Timeliness and accuracy of data /report updates.
· Advise on Improvement areas to increase the Sales team performance.
· Compliance of the Sales team and Geodis Vietnam to Regional / Global KPI’s.
· Customer satisfaction survey index.
o Graduated from Business administration / foreign trade/ economic.
o Industry experience (minimum 4 years)
o IT Savvy
o Language skills: English
Functional experience in air / ocean / logistics / SCM and client related IT solutions.
o Understanding of the customer’s specific requirements and customers market
o Demonstrated sales support capabilities.
o Complete understanding of GW strategy and products.
o Basic business administration competence.
o System and computerized skills
o Capable of providing customized reports as assigned by managements.
o Ability to gather, monitor, and analyze all types of quantitative and qualitative data into sales reports with strong problem solving skills.
