Job requirement

1. Lead Generation to Proposal and Closing

  • Independently identify and develop high-potential sales leads, and design solution proposals tailored to client goals and challenges
  • Collaborate with Account and Planning teams to build strategic and executable proposals
  • Take full ownership of client presentations, negotiations, and closing, with accountability for results

2. Achieving Sales Targets and Driving Business Growth

  • Take clear ownership of revenue goals and contribute to topline growth through personal performance
  • Manage both new and existing sales opportunities to maximize revenue potential

3. Sales Strategy Design and Improvement

  • Propose and refine sales strategies based on market trends and competitive research
  • Capture and share internal sales knowledge to improve overall team performance

4. Contract Negotiation and Project Oversight

  • Handle commercial negotiations and finalize sustainable, profitable contracts
  • Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Manage sales pipeline and revenue reporting to support decision-making

5. Cross-functional Collaboration and Team Enablement

  • Work closely with Marketing, Account, Planning, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Promote internal collaboration to enhance client satisfaction and deliver successful outcomes

6. Service Development Based on Client Needs

  • Identify latent needs and industry trends through direct conversations and proposal activities
  • Lead the planning and development of new products, services, or packages in collaboration with internal teams
  • Continuously evolve the value of our service offerings to strengthen competitiveness

Job requirement

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years in an advertising or digital agency
  • Proven strength in new business development (0→1) — from building target lists to client approach and deal closure
  • Strong English communication skills for conducting business negotiations and meetings without issue
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships and understanding client needs
  • A proven track record of proactively generating leads and delivering revenue results
  • Strong numerical literacy and accountability for achieving sales KPIs and goals

Preferable skills:

  • Experience in or deep understanding of the Vietnam / ASEAN market, including cultural and business practices
  • Leadership in creating sales proposals or developing sales strategies
  • Experience working in a startup or early-stage business environment
  • Interest in developing services based on customer needs and market trends
  • Enthusiasm for mentoring teammates and building scalable sales processes
  • A business mindset with a strong commitment to revenue and profit contribution
