Job requirement

You will also act as the Member of Business Assurance Representative in TUV SUD Vietnam office. You will support BA team to develop business for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, FSC, PEFC, etc. and collaborate with operation team to ensure the compliance of quotation process and audit procedures.

Your Tasks:

  • Responsible for the sales and marketing activities to promote BA services
  • Focuses on penetrating key accounts within their assigned territory to identify potential clients, develop relationships, and explore new business prospects
  • Prepare prospects and presentations to showcase the academy’s offerings to potential clients, aiming to generate leads
  • Formulate and execute strategies in sales and marketing, customer relations and key account management
  • Support BA Sales Team in the implementation of sales strategies to achieve budgeted revenue and profitability targets
  • Manage and service assigned accounts and be accountable for achieving sales targets
  • Manage customers coordination and operation to schedule audits including planning audit schedules, audit notifications and audit plans for cyber security.
  • Identify, create and follow-up on new accounts as well as new product and market development
  • Work closely with Marketing to develop and maximize the success of lead generation activities, marketing programs and customer focused events
  • Ensure timely response to customers’ enquiries, feedback and comments
  • Build, strengthen and optimize relationships with clients, prospects and partners
  • Follow and be responsible for the other works or KPIs assigned by BA Manager/Head of Department

Job requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in corporate sales
  • Previous experience in the testing services or related industries will be an advantage
  • Proven track record in sales and/or business development
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and confidently
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, and people management skills
  • Mature, self-disciplined, and result-driven with the ability to thrive under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
