Job requirement

A. Recruitment (60%):

  1. Coordinate with departments to define manpower requirements and develop/update job descriptions.
  2. Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and job offers.
  3. Actively source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, referrals, networking, job fairs, universities, social media).
  4. Ensure recruitment processes strictly comply with company’s policies, Work Instructions (WI), and legal requirements.
  5. Provide candidate evaluations and consult with hiring managers for accurate, timely, and competitive offer decisions.
  6. Conduct orientation training and provide continuous support for new hires to ensure successful onboarding.
  7. Prepare annual recruitment package proposal, monitor usage and evaluate cost-effectiveness.
  8. Organize and participate in Job Fairs and career events to promote the company as an attractive employer.
  9. Build and maintain partnerships with universities, vocational schools, and training institutions to strengthen talent pipelines.
  10. Coordinate internship and fresh graduate programs to attract young talents.
  11. Coordinate and manage external recruitment partners (headhunter agencies, job portals, training centers) to ensure service quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
  12. Negotiate service agreements with headhunters and monitor performance (shortlist quality, lead time, cost per hire).
  13. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly recruitment reports to HRD, providing updates on manpower status, hiring progress, recruitment KPIs, challenges and recommended solutions.

B. Training & Development (30%):

  1. Work with department managers to conduct training needs analysis and build the annual training plan.
  2. Coordinate with line managers and internal trainers to set up and implement internal training plans (quarterly/annual).
  3. Contact external vendors to collect course information (schedule, cost, outcomes) and propose proper programs to employees.
  4. Manage training budget, requisition forms, and training bonds in line with company policies.
  5. Organize, coordinate, and monitor internal and external training programs.
  6. Ensure compulsory training sessions are conducted on time and in compliance with company requirements.
  7. Support employees by notifying and guiding them about training entitlements, expenses, and claim process to ensure high service quality.
  8. Follow up the training assessment process (pre/post-assessments, feedback, evaluation) to measure training effectiveness.
  9. Maintain accurate training records (internal/external) and prepare training reports.
  10. Support line managers in identifying high-potential employees and succession planning.
  11. Assist in creating and implementing talent development programs to build a learning culture and support continuous employee growth.

C. Employee Branding (10%):

  1. Manage and develop the company’s communication channels (Facebook & LinkedIn), ensuring a professional and attractive employer branding image.
  2. Create content (articles, images, videos) to promote the workplace environment, corporate culture, and internal activities.
  3. Collaborate with departments to organize and communicate both internal and external events (company events, CSR activities, campus events, etc.).
  4. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication channels to improve employer branding strategies.

Job requirement

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Experience: At least 4 years of experience in recruitment and training (manufacturing or multinational environment preferred).
  3. Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, training methodologies, and employer branding strategies.
  4. Good communication in both Vietnamese and English, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  5. Good organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, and digital platforms.
  7. Ability to think critically and creatively, analytical thinking
  8. Negotiation, excellent interpersonal skills
  9. Ability to adapt with high pressure. Work independently
  10. Candidates have dynamic style & sociable.
