Incorporate deep understanding of customer insights, markets, competition, and distribution capabilities to define product strategy, the reflection of which is a roadmap of initiatives including new product lines, features, enhancements, and content refresh
Lead initiatives and work with functional and country teams to uplevel product performance, such as user research, product design, features, content, and go-to-market strategy
Monitor the changing competitive landscape of financial services and consult with functional and country teams on opportunities to deliver meaningful financial products that align with business outcomes
Work with Product Leads to translate business problems into capabilities. Conduct ongoing review and optimization of product launch performance and make recommendations on improvement areas
Communicate product performance and key information, including product roadmap, specifications, value propositions, and competitive information, to stakeholders and function leaders
Build and test viability of early-stage concepts, and, as required, build a case for their advancement
Good to Have:
3-5 years of corporate strategy, product strategy or management consulting experience. Product management experience in analysing and synthesising complex issues into product opportunities also welcome
Experience in developing best-in-class, differentiated and creative products through sound vision, roadmap strategy, and execution
Broad general management mindset, strong business acumen, customer-focused, and results-oriented
Ability to work and influence in a complex cross functional environment. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Can influence decision making at a board level, and execute to deliver
Operate autonomously to prioritize and drive results in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
